Nirav Patel leads the Audit & advisory division at Sapience. With over 20 years of experience, including 12 years with a major accounting firm in the UAE, he has extensive expertise in audit, taxation, compliance, and business advisory.
 

A Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and graduate in Law and Commerce, Nirav holds a Certificate of Practice and is a licensed auditor with the UAE Ministry of Economy.
 

His key areas of expertise include group structuring, international business setup, financial due diligence, M&As, and regulatory compliance such as ESR, AML, and UBO. He regularly advises clients on cross-border expansion, ensuring the right structure, tax efficiency, and regulatory alignment for sustainable growth.
